The Barcelona Pavilion by Katarina Gellerstedt

Description : The game starts in a model of the Barcelona Pavilion. It is designed with the intention of being as true to real life as possible. A few invisible teleporters are placed around the pavilion and when stepping on one of these, one is immediately transferred to a very different world, although still spawned by the pavilion. You have entered the Nightmare Version. The creepy feeling of this place comes from the fact that a well known and peaceful element (the Barcelona Pavilion), is now twisted into something still resembling the original but distorted into something different, something cruel. The Barcelona Pavilion is used as a module; repeatedly used to create a place inspiring a labyrinthine feeling. Once you have entered the nightmare, one will remain there until death.

Bio : Katarina Gellerstedt, age 24 (2005) Formal education: Architecture at the Royal Institute of Technology Art and hand craft at Nyckelviksskolan Ancient culture and society at the University of Stockholm Art studies at Birkagården
